BTER Please confirm the withdrawal of ETH on your bter account

Hi guys,

I know I should not be using this trading and many people hate.

btc and ltc are not allowed anymore.

so I tried cashout in eth

so I receive this email:

There is a eth withdrawal request on your bter account.Please check if the withdrawals were made by you.

Please also provide some information about your asset on your bter account, such as , what coin you deposit, what trade you made, when you last login ,what coins you have withdrawn, to which address, etc
