I also have problem with the site, and I am still waiting for a response 
I also have having problems with bter. Have made withdraws of my BTC but none have made to my wallet as of Dec 14th. And freeworm seems to be Chinese and may not speak English. But on several posts it seems No one gets a responce from bter support or the Admin .. Have you had any luck so far?
I've been trying to get in contact with him for ages, trying to get in contact with anyone from bter.com in fact.
He doesn't respond to private messages, I sent him one.
No response from either email addresses.
No response from QQ.

In fact he came online yesterday and obviously just totally ignored the message
