I have been emailing bter.com for about a week with not a single response.

I am trying to withdrawal funds from them.  Not much, but it's my own hard earned cash all the same.

I have never experience such poor service before and I hope they will respond soon.

On the other hand, Cryptsy tends to respond to any problem within a few hours.

Glad to hear it. I grew tired of waiting and just left negative feedback for BTER and BTER.COM.

Gave up after trying with multiple emails, PMs and even a QQ chat. Yeah, I'd like my 5000 ZET back, but it's not worth the effort - now I just know to not do business with BTER.

So I just realized they change deposit addresses ..............

I got a confirmation email that my issue is on the list to be processed..  

edit - THey actually fixed it within an hour, it would have been faster but there was an extra email exchanged for a screenshot of the wallet.

the problem is, people who claim they had contact with support never answered my requests - so i guess they are fake and nobody ever hab contact.

First email sent 6 days ago - no reply. I've followed up with 2 more emails and just sent a PM to freeworm. It's a relatively small issue (a few thousand missing ZET), but I'd like it resolved. This is the only problem I've had with BTER so far.

3 days now no reply

Only used them for SRC, all deposits went in. 2 SRC extra appeared overnight.

I don't want to have all my trading locked because of 2 SecureCoins...

I send two tickets 4 days ago. Ive deposit 0,7 BTC but they never arrived.

I guess i never will. Send 5 messages and mails, over email and forum accounts.
Problem solved by it self, so i was lucky.

I'm not of Bter.com but I hope you issues get taken care of sooner then later.  Good idea to start a thread and see what experiences others were having.  Wink

As it looks like I am not the only one trying to get in touch with Bter.com Support,

I was hoping that people who have sent an e-mail to [email protected] share the date of the request and the time it took for the issue to be resolved..... or maybe not resolved

So that we, who just had an issue with the Exchange, could know how much time it can take before we hear about it Smiley
