Where do I get a wallet for this? Bitfinex and HitBTC both refuse to generate a new address.

https://bitcoingold.org/

Wallet, you need 160 GB free...

The calculator is giving bad numbers...

http://calc.btgpool.pro/

You get more money right now with ETH...

Meh - I get both 2 BTG or 2 ETH/month.... Doesn't seem worth it to mine BTG. Plus Claymore's fee is 2x as much...

I know that mining will start on november. So there is no info about mining btg.

As of right now, we wouldn't know the value of the coin because the fork hasn't occurred and the coin isn't on the market yet.  I would say there is someone who can program the calculator to input BTG profitability the day that the coin is on the market.

It is unknown, which difficulty Bitcoin Gold has currently and how it differs from the traditional Bitcoin because it uses the Equihash as algorithm instead of SHA-256. Once the wallet is available, the previously things can be answered.

Well, it's already forked, but nothing's been made public and the developers are premining it in private until Nov 1 (supposedly). It looks more and more like a scam every day, but only time will tell.

Is there anywhere BTG mining/profitability calculator and block explorer?

Tell me how can anyone calculate something that does not yet exist? What block explorer?
BTG blockchain still does not exist (at least not publicly). Inform yourself at least a bit.

David Copperfield could do that easily... Smiley

Thx for heads up.
