I had the same problem too also in Indiana. Wish I would have seen this before I went. Put $80 in for Litecoin transaction failed. Support line is an automated message machine. No reply from their support emaileither. BTMNexusATM. What did you end up doing? Did they ever reply to you and give you your cryptocurrency? Did you call the police thanks?

Bitcoin ATM machines is the latest target of the carding scammers, your operations was successful but you are unable to see the balance, your possible way out are provided you have not not chipped:

Send the company email with the problem quoting your transaction ID.
Your bank have little issue here since they have released funds for your transactions.
Check your transaction ID online to know its status.

Hello, not sure if this is the correct place or not, if not some helpfull mod put me in the correct place.
Anyhow, Im located in Indiana, here regionally we have BTM Nexus Bitcoin ATM's at our local mall. Ive previously used this to recieve about 30 USD in BTC mid november (after a 10$ fee).
So fast forward to friday, and i deposited 100$ USD into the machine only for it to error, Give me a transaction ID and then tell me to call customer support.
I call customer support, (automated line, music plays instead of ring) and it goes to a recorded message saying they cannot take your call, leave a message. i called multiple times, then visited their website, Total garbage... i write a support request just for it to be said it will be responded within 48 hours.
okay i agree its been throughout the weekend, so if they end up contacting me i will update, this is not only a call for help me get my 100$ back, but to shame this company for HORRID customer service, and hope NOONE waste their money with this trash can of a service.

If anyone can point me in a direction of further action please endow me with such knowledge.

Thanks crypto community, and hello to all.

Bitcoin ATM should not worked this way, because it's a new technology and we are competing with fiat for a share of the ATM industry, that is a horrible service for a  Bitcoin ATM support should be 24/7 to address all the issues that may arise, I was thinking of using a Bitcoin ATM here in our locality but after reading this, I would have to check if they offer a fast support.

It seems that the problem is related to updating the device rather than being scammers, and the absence of response indicates that they are no longer interested in that device.
How long has that device been there? Is anyone checking it or are they leaving their money there, how is the payment to rent the place?
If you can find out about these things, you may be able to determine the easiest way to communicate with them.
Generally, you should warn other people in your city so that they do not lose their money.

Yeah no i paid with cash, funny thing is, i just got a text this morning from BTM Nexus for the FIRST 40 $ i put in Nov 16th. Like just notifyi9ng me of it, like i dont know if its the machine or not but im about to contact my mall and see what i can get done.

EDIT: So i just contacted my mall, and the lady of course had no information, she said yeah all we do is rent the space out, i asked so you dont have any information or other number for anyone that services the machine, or collects the money from it. She replied with an obvious "No" and the only number they have is the number on the machine.

So, since its been the weekend, ill give this company the week to reply to me, i will call my local police if this isnt resolved by friday, Ill call next monday.

Ill frequent here if anyone else has suggestions.

If you paid with card, in particular credit card, I would suggest contacting your bank as well.

The fact that you are dealing with a physical ATM puts you in a good position to get your money back.  Try to contact their customer support once again, if you don't get a response in a reasonable time frame, you should contact the property manager of the Mall.  They may be able to connect you with the owner of the ATM directly.  You can also contact the local police if you feel like you aren't getting anywhere.
