Yesterday i noticed that BTC had better price than Bitstamp which makes me think it was an DDOS on Bitstamp , but i cannot find any confirmations. Usually it is opposite Bitstamp has better BTC price. All this tells me this is caused..we all know propose!

I am a believer in btc since 16 months now

So, i agree the crash is a correction. Nonetheless, people get hurt everytime.

Worst case is you borrow 20k from bank to invest, put in bitcoin because it only goes up and up. Next day it crashes your money is 15k worth, you sell...
Now you have to pay 5k yourself.+ interest probably 2k on the loand.
Total fail.

perfect analysis and this is what we are seeing now and coins is still coming down even this morning. Most time when I see price keep pumping up, I do have this thought in my mind that this is abnormal and very soon there will be clash.

Did you notice every time "Crash" has higher lowest low? This indicates that this is not a CRASH more like shaking of a tree..Why i think so, because there is no right reason for real crash. Whales just using panic for theirs enrichment.

I see 2 ways forward in the short term:
1- price stabilizies around 2400/2500 for a day: only another selloff till ~2100
2- we go below 2300 for some minutes today: crash goes on untill 1900-2000

In second scenario eth drops at 1.5x and altxoins 2x speed of btc. First is 1x for all.

After that recovery can start. However, if price shows erosion in a few dayswe can expect second selloff, not sure where that ends. If price recovers we are back to ~1-3% weekly gains

I am expecting a big crash for a long time and it has never happened,it just shows you that the market is strong enough and it wont be crashing like we expect and you could see minor corrections every now and then and i even see this as an opportunity to buy the coins and hold for the long term rather than waiting for the big crash.

Probably just another good time to cautiously buy, but I've kept about 1/3 in Bitcoin/Eth/LTC the last two weeks, another third in the other Poloniex coins. The rest is in about other coins. But who knows, if its a bubble, it will come back up.

I agree. It is just painful if someone enters market at highest point and looses 30% on one or two days. I even think some people loose 50% on one day if they just have altcoins in their portfolio

We need to educate people on investing. And they need to do their homework

Never put all your money in 1 thing
Never assume price only goes up

Just think of people that made 10x or 100x already, what makes them not dump? They can play this as a game. If you just put your hard earned 20k$ it is not a game. So watch out and brace for impact

For me, iota is biggest worry, then ether. I expect both to crash, even though they have good solution. Market cap is too high. No practical use in daily life and too many whales waiting to dump

If you are getting that adrenalin rush and can't sleep and all - it is good that you have sold in case that you bought your previous BTC in hopes to make pure profit, it is good if you made that profit. On the other side easiest to do is just to print paper wallets and just let it go, forget about it and look in future if they are worth less or more. This method is good if you just want to hold, I understand that it is not easy to look away from charts but you have to do it if it bugs you all day long and unabling you to do the main things.

Ask yourself why this bauble didn't burst already, because its making good money, and only when people start losing their hopes this will crash, till then we are safe i believe. Whole this eco system is based on BTC, and now emerging new projects and this is very different situation now than we had at 2014th year when was explosion of unnecessary coins. At least they have some different uses.

Correction will occur in the future as well. The problem is that more people get in flip some money and sell and when they start to seel panic sellers follow them and its all way around. 2days without an all time high doesn't mean a thing. You can't expect things to happen overnight, everything in life takes time so does bitcoin price to build up - it takes time. It doesn't matter much to hit all time high faster, bitcoin will break it when more adopters come thats for sure. As long as we dn't have any real bad news and any real bad threat in the bitcoin network.

Do you mean a crash in price for both coins? ETH and BTC?

ETH will fall hard I guess, but if BTC falls it will be time to buy and hold it, one thing I´ve learned this years: Hold Btc for the upcoming years.
