Christ. That's crazy. I hope your investments pay off well for you.

I know! But mining wont be profitable forever, so its one of those things where you need to get the most out of it before it becomes mainstream.
I know what you mean. I've moved to the site on my sig from cex. It has decent returns since it mines altcoins instead of bitcoins. Consider it. And please, if you can help me out and use the ref link. Thanks.

Perhaps Highbitcoin.com is a company to order from. Their first batch is already sold out, but if you're willing to wait to June, you can get 24 TH by ordering six Callistos ($10K each).

If you want that amount of hashing power NOW from a cloud mining service like cloudhashing.com, it will set you back between $300k and 400k -- but you'll have to negotiate your own deal.

Thanks Perseus353 I have saved up a lot of money for this project and looking to finance my way into the mining industry. Ill be sure to check out highbitcoin.com. Im not so convinced on cloud mining, the cost seems to high compared to the cost of buying hardware and running it. 300K vs 60K is a drastic comparison.

How is the mining going for you?

If you got the cash then there shouldn't be anything stopping you from acquiring that much hash power.

Have a look in the forums but do make sure to visit this first: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83

The mining industry is having some trouble keeping up with the demand. It seems like money isn't the problem but actually finding a company that can supply that kind of power in a bulk is quite hard.

Ive been looking to build a mining rig on my own and get my hands on some processors to go about finishing my project. Im thinking about moving the rig down south at mexico. Electricity rate is way cheap down there and what makes it even far interesting is that getting away with not paying electricity is like a walk in the park, but oh well thats just an idea, crossed my mind. Roll Eyes

Ive read a lot of reviews about BFL, and ive decided not to buy from them at all. But most other companies who sell miners are to hard to get in contact with or too much of a scam to even call them. Im thinking somewhere in china some company is already duplicating miner processors, or manufacturing them buy the dozen, but really I'm out of luck finding what i need.

Cloud mining seems attractive but i have a different business model in mind that will exclude that option in no time.

Any suggestions or experiences on the matter?
