Yeah I'm getting it custom built for 4 GPU (2X 7950, will buy 2X R9 280x this month). Also 2x 200mm fans on one side that will blow air in, since the top is open the hot air can escape from above. I had a much more elaborate design that I did with cardboard, but I think simple is best. I'll post a pic when I finally get time to actually build it  Grin

I am trying to put together one at the moment  based on this guy's design:

But I can only do it on weekends and manual labour isn't my forte. Hopefully should be able to do it during the Christmas vacations.

Wondering if any of the miners in India have built their own custom rigs?

I picked up a computer cabinet because of my impatience on getting started but realised soon enough I need a better solution. I have seen people use milk crates and all sorts of creative ideas. Has anyone else tried it in India? Better still in Bangalore?

This is my current favorite.

I have 2 gpus which I want to set much wider than what person has done. My Asus 280x run fairly quite. I was expecting a bigger racket. I think a open solution will help it even more.

Given our Indian conditions (humidity, heat, dust) are there any specific dos and donts? Any help in building this rig is much appreciated.

thanks
