I am happy from a NVIDIA mining rig I have actually with GTX-s 1060 bringing me happily 0.15 btc in total per month.
This rig I have with high specifics PC

Now I wanna build a new one with 5-gpus running max(but mostly will be running 4) in this new rig. I have decided for MSI B150 LGA 1151 chipset , celeron G3930 , 8GB DDR4 ram , 120 GB SSD and a Thermaltake toughpower gold +850 watt PSU. For graphics I will buy 1 RX 470 at first as is the most efficient card on the market yet (110 days return on ROI) and then I will wait for RX 500 series which will come out this month.

My only question is , is the Celeron G3930 enough to run for mining (I guess it is , but I just want to be sure) ?

I am against them  I prefer better

but your pick will work.

Thanks for your answer. That is good to know but I would like to know with a more detailed explanation why you are against it, anything in particular because Monday I will be at the shop to build the rig so if there is not anything particular I am buying it for 50 Euros.

well the pentium with the t  will save you power.

the i5 with the t  will save you power and allow for better dual mining.  higher intensity settings  and once in a while a cpu coin pops up and it will make some money on that.

the 3930  works  and is the way to go if you build a lot of rigs.  but just one rig  I am inclined to go with higher end cpus'

Thanks a lot for your help. I will not be using CPU-s for mining, never ever whatever the case it simply is not profitable unless we have an AMD Ryzen 1700x. The 3930 is good to know it will work and I am building this for a friend but I intend to add more and more mining rigs so I am sticking with it.
