I suggest you take a look at get-paid.com  They offer to get paid in different ways, including bitcoin.  This might be a good way for you to cast a wider net.  But I also suggest looking at as many competing sites as possible, even use their service for a few days.  Find what they do right and use that for your site.  Find what they do wrong and fix it!

And please post it somewhere on these forums for us to see, I look forward to your new site.

I am planning on creating a PTC/GPT with bitcoin payment. I see a lot of PTC/GPT that pays with bitcoins but they don't pay that much so I am planning to make one with a higher payout than the others but first. Where do I start? What do I need? Any tips? Do you think running a site like this is profitable?

Nice planning, but it's guaranteed? Not scam? How high a rate will you offer? AFAIK PTC/GPT site is offer low rate for earn money, you need to upgrade the level member to earn more profit.

BTW if you need some logo or graphic design you can PM me Grin

invest heavily in the website security. for me that is the most important part of owning a website next to funds

you can run a website even if you are short of funds but you can run out of funds because of bad website security

It's profitable if you know what you are doing , you said you know some PHP & C++ , HTML but you don't seem to know how to start , If you have some money I'd advice to join Monbux Project he is very trusted member and have more credibility then you (since you are new) and making one Successfull project can be better then making two and people will not know where to go.

So as I said if you have some money and you are looking to invest on this kind of projects then check this out & good luck : (GAUGING INTEREST) A bitcoin Get-Paid-To site! (LOOKING FOR MEMBERS + INVESTORS)

You want to build a business but don't know how. This is very difficult to solve my friend. Because or you are a businessmen or you don't. No one can learn how to do a business. The learning is within yourself. Anyhow you can do a try. Hire some adviser who made this work as a job and ask him about your questions. Maybe him can help you.

Well, I don't think you will find advertisers which pay higher rates then the advertisers of coinad.com and btcclicks.com. How will you then guarantee higher payouts?  Huh

yeah, exactly what i wanted to point out.

in order to pay more to your users, you will need to offer your advertisers more expensive plans to be able to pay higher rates to the users (ad clickers) . since there are already good / old PTC websites i doubt if you can get much customer this way.

Where do I start?

Start by learning all the basics you need to know such as Bitcoin wallet and website security.

What do I need?

Do you know any languages? If yes, it will be easy for you or you will have to hire a developer. I suggest you to get a partner for starting this. A "one-man-show" is not good for sites which need constant moderation.

Any tips?

Stay away if you don't know about this or if you are looking for "quick bucks". You will have to work harder and it will take some time to get your investments back. Last but not least, make sure you have enough money to "complete" and start running. It is best to first make a list of future expenditures.

Do you think running a site like this is profitable?

If you got enough advertisers and viewers, yes. If not, no.

Thank you for that detailed explanation. I've thought of that first before I decided to start a project into making this site. Well I guess it's gonna be a lot of time for me to start this and keep and running.

I know only HTML, C++ and PHP . I think some developer might helpxme. I might consider hiring if I finalize my plan.

It might be profitable only if there is a lot of activity and for that you'll need lot of Workers and Job Providers and then you can expect to make something out of it but it's not easy and which is why some of the other similar sites in the past weren't successful.
