At 800W per unit, I'm looking at 28.8 kW total.  100,000 BTUs of heat.  I have plenty of space in a second detached garage so noise isn't really an issue.  Here is my current plan I've been refining over the last few days, looking for input:

Rack
Great Lakes 45U, 30"W, 42"D NEMA12 Server Rack Enclosure

I like it because it has removable top and bottom exhaust plates.  So I'm planning on attaching an exhaust hose to the top port with a 2000-4000 CFM fan, routing all the hot air up through the attic to the outside, or to a window port, whichever works out better.  45U is more space than I need, so I could go smaller.

Power supplies
18 of Bitmain's APW3++, each one powering two units.  I'd like to connect the APW's to one three phase PDU (https://www.amazon.com/PDU3XVSRHWB-3-Phase-Switched-28-8kW-Vertical/dp/B00KKT2FTK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1504448214&sr=8-1&keywords=3+phase+pdu) if my electrician can get 3 phase power to my garage (I live in the US suburbs).  Or more likely, I will use three 240V 63AMP PDU's: https://www.terapeak.com/worth/ibm-dpi-c13-enterprise-power-distribution-unit-without-line-cord-39y8941-server/142173082013/ .  That would require installing three 240V plugs and breakers rated up to 63A continuous.

Climate
Since hot air is being pumped outside, ambient outside air will be coming in, which is usually 40-80 deg F during non-summer months.  During Jul/Aug it gets up to 100 F during the afternoons.  The garage already has one wall mounted AC unit which should cover that, but if it's not enough I'll have to install additional cooling units.

Thoughts???
