The only major difference aside from speed is Auto-tune which started with batch-16. Earlier ones the speed and fans can be adjusted.

About the batch what's the diffriance I seen some people talk about it like it's a big deal Also Cornwallis I am currently using Coinbase what is a better altcoin wallet to use or should I just use Fiffrehrbobes depending on the coin

ASIC would be best option to mine bitcoin. You may heard about the antminer s9 is the best machine to mine btc now. For altcoin mining you can any type of graphic cards but it should give 8 mb clock speed atleast and best in the market to mine top altcoins. Now Zcash and Monero are the coins best to mine to get the profit more than btc and eth.
