This is a good bounty for the developers. I've known bug-bounty projects and developers who are living well with that source. I'm not in that industry but it's interesting to see how they feel and thoughts about that. Just as others say, only your own likes will understand this project.
I think it's a good project that will help developers who are unemployed yet wants to have some way of earning money with the passion that they like. The same with other funding and startups that I have seen, this will also build future developers.

Great use case and interesting project but ... I don't get it why every single use case has to be build on new token/coin? I understand that it is made to collect funds to start but does really every single project needs millions to start? To code simple web service(coding for money)?

"We rebuilt the Blockchain from the ground up. We kissed those outdated PoW and PoS algorithms goodbye and replaced them with an innovative trust based architecture."
That's a very bold statement, isn't it?

I don't see any prospects for such coins, because it is for a very limited number of users.

I have encountered many times that people do not want to get other coins for their work, except for bitcoin, Ethereum, monero and litecoin.

Honestly, I was also disappointed when I started to know that they were building a new token and the way they compare their coin with Bitcoin.
But even like that, I still don't judge them, they are skilled and talented coders.
And I know, this kind of project will extremely techy and I can say about 90% of the people will participate here or will use this are all techy people, especially developers, engineers, designers, etc.

I am also proud of one of the founders of this project for his dedication;
Honestly, I'm a little nervous to put everything out there because I don't know how the world is going to react. But no matter what I will say, of all of the software that I have ever helped build, this is by far the one that I am most proud of.

This trend (new token for every single new use case) is so much not user-friendly and slows down development/grow of whole industry.
This service would be so much better with rewards in stable coins (or WBTC wrapped on fast and cheap chains). Who TF want to start to code for 5000 coins worth 1000$ and deliver code after a month for 5000 coins worth 100$.

Build product - focus on use case and user experience. If you are emitting tokens to collect funds for further development than create use cases for it that does not affect user experience. IMO That's a strategy for successful crypto project.

I have known a youtube channel before and a social media or a website full of tutorials, especially tutorials about programming.
This forum and youtube founded by an excellent and skilled guy named Bucky Roberts, I think he got also an account on this forum upon researching.

I become a fan of his tutorials a few years ago, especially when I started to learn web development, but suddenly he was gone without any announcement, he just suddenly stopped creating tutorials videos.
And now he is back, but with a new project which is about cryptocurrency.

Their team started to build a cryptocurrency that focuses on part building/developing/bug fixing software, it's like when you build software or help with some bug fixes you are rewarded by their coin which is called "thenewboston", named after their forum before (https://www.thenewboston.com/).

This new cryptocurrency got my attention especially I am into programming or website, mobile developing.

So, what do you think about this project?

P.S. I don't shill/promoting this project and not part/member of the project.
