I am looking for someone reliable to work with (can fund via Bitcoin, wire, Paypal, whatever) long term with the ability to bulk issue virtual credit cards with low balances via API/programatically. I also require the ability to pull transactional information via API or programatically. Looking at $10-15 USD per card, 10-15 cards per day, every day.
Looking for someone who can work with me long term on this.
