For the next year, UK is a part of UE. After that UK will not be a member of the Union. No, investment grade gold is free of VAT in Australia. What is the spread if you buy from APMEX and sell it back to them? The spread is 3% for the stuff we sell. For other stuff the spread is 6%. That's one of the reasons to buy from us.

Right okay, what is the "UE"? You mean the EU or the UK?

I'm located in Australia, so would I still have to pay VAT and customs on my order?

I honestly see no advantages of using your service instead of apmex which is pretty much the world's largest physical bullion dealer online, who also accepts bitcoin through Bitpay payment processing. Plus people are probably going to trust APMEX's products more than you and appreciate the wider variety of offerings. Just some things to think about.

BTW, saw the buybacks, does the 3% margin buybacks apply to only products you sell or any products as long as it's real?

There is no need to pay customs / vat within the UE if you buy at our website.
Thats the thing. The coins are more expensive in Europe because someone needs to pay the VAT on the border.
In this case it is us. Also, there is a cost of processing bitcoin payment, that increases price of our products.

Dang, i literally just ordered some silver coins with apmex. Next time i'll definitely keep this site in mind while buying precious metals.

When Apmex shipped my silver coins via UPS, I received a call from them saying that i needed to pay a customs clearance charge even though all my coins were investment grade and no GST should have been incurred.

Would your site be able to pay this, or will i still be liable for this debt?

Also, i find your pricing a bit too pricey, Apmex is currently selling eagles for less than $21 even without any bulk volume discounts. You guys are selling at $27.5 per coin. There's also literally only 3 coins you're selling, is there any chance that you'll have more options?

The order was shipped after 2 days, and arrived today

The coins seems genuine, or very very good counterfeits: the weight is right and silver have the right sound and show paramagnetic effect, gold coins seems just right and they arrived in a plastic capsule (very appreciated).
I got a package of gummy bears for free for my small order

The only thing that i didn't like is the fact that the order was sent with tnt instead of ups (the site show ups), i think that ups is superior but that's only my experience, I just think that you should put the right name on the site.
