the problem might be the wire transfers from his account. On my BA savings account there is a limit on the number of times I can wire money out of the country per month. I'm not sure if this guy received warning letters first. I received about 4 warnings over 3 months and then after talking with them about it, I made fewer but larger purchases of BTC. In my conversation they didn't care about where the money was going, just the amount of times it was being wired out per month.

Their $1.300 fair price ($15bn) must be a joke.

Small guys pushed BTC to this level without WS, now that hungry finance guys want them cheap also. When they will be loaded, fair price will probably be $100k.
a major german bank (commerzbank) just warned people about bitcoin.

A major german bank (Deutsche Bank) ripped its customers. Who cares about banks?

"As a medium of exchange, Bitcoin has clear potential for growth, in our view."

Store of wealth for the underground economy?
It has been reported that Bitcoin may help users avoid high taxes, capital controls, and confiscation. The correlation between CNY's share of volume of all Bitcoin exchanges and price of Bitcoin is high and rising (Chart 1). That said, the fact that all Bitcoin transactions are publically available and that every Bitcoin has a unique transaction history that cannot be altered may ultimately limit its use in the black market/underworld.
