ICX is way overvalued. There are better coins than icx,you should better look aat coins below 100 mil market cap. These coins are better in terms of roi and can get your potfolio to new all time highs. Watch out for pchain and atonomi.
ICX is a good coin and I think it will do even more this year, it had done a 100x already and this year i guess it might even do more because it has many shillers on the coin so let's watch and see how the coin will do this 2018.

I think you are not careful to find the thread where ANN ICX is located good potential is being demonstrated by this project and it would be very advantageous to seem to invest there.

I think that there is some potential with this project, however with so much competition in the top 20 coins I think it'll be pretty hard for them to actually make that big of a move right now. There is definitely the potential for it to go back to its previous all time high of $10, as the prices seem to have bottomed out at $2 or so.
Though I think it's hard for it to be bullish this year when this year seems still to be pretty bearish in general. ICX and most alts performance depends on if BTC is bullish this year, really. The real BTC bull market will probably come a few years later, and ICX will probably get pumped then.
