The Bundy's have been acquitted twice by juries. Government is attempting to try them the third time. Now...

Bundy Ranch Prosecutor's Exposed For Withholding Info & It's All about...

The prosecution in the Bundy Ranch case were found to be withholding information that would substantiate the defense's case that the Bureau of Land Management goons, under the direction of Agent Daniel P. Love, were not at Bundy Ranch to carry out a lawful court order, but were, in fact, going into tactical mode in order to murder innocent civilians.

On Monday afternoon the Department of (In) Justice and prosecutor Steven Myhre refused to turn over audio recordings that they are suspected of being in possession of between Special Agent In Charge Daniel P. Love, BLM sniper teams, other tactical personnel, and possible informants who were at Bundy Ranch as far back as March 2014.

Deb Jordan with Guerilla Media Network reports:

These recordings are vital to the defense in that the indictment against rancher Cliven Bundy and his co-defendants specifically states that Mr. Bundy and several others told lies and exaggerated the situation between Bundy and the BLM for the purpose of recruiting gunmen to come and help get the rancher's cattle back. Up and until the first trial which began last February, the BLM denied the use of snipers and other tactical personnel during "Operation Gold Butte" the BLM's official name for the Bundy Ranch cattle impoundment.

The authorities often do the right thing according to their code. However, the jury rules. When the jury determines that a code or law or authority-action is/was wrong, then it is/was wrong. The jury rules - 6th and 7th Amendments.

The underlying question was not the protection of wildlife or the refuge. The underlying question was that of the Federal Government encroaching on private land and State of Oregon land to do it.

Do you have any proof to claim that the land was titled to private individuals? As far as I know, the individuals only had grazing rights on this land, which was actually owned by the government. So the authorities did the right thing.

Bundy Brothers Acquitted in Takeover of Oregon Wildlife Refuge

The surprise verdict in Federal District Court was a blow to the government, which had argued that the group used force and threats of violence to occupy the reserve, impeding the federal workers there. But the jury appeared swayed by the occupiers' contention that they were protesting government overreach and posed no threat.

In a sign of the high tensions throughout the trial, Ammon Bundy's lawyer, Marcus R. Mumford, was restrained by four United States Marshals in courtroom tussle after the verdict on Thursday. He was enraged that the Bundys were not being immediately released.

Later Thursday, Matthew Schindler, one of the defense lawyers, said: "It's a great victory to hear the individuals in this trial prevail. It's a tremendous victory." As he was speaking, supporters outside the courthouse chanted: "Praise God. Praise God."

The occupation, which took place over a month and a half in a frigid Oregon reserve many miles from the nearest town and was rooted in antigovernment fervor, galvanized the nation's attention. There was a Wild West quality to the episode, with armed men in cowboy hats taking on federal agents in a tussle over public lands and putting out a call for aid, only to see their insurrection fizzle.

"This is beyond any happiness I've ever experienced," said Ryan Bundy's wife, Angela Bundy, 39, in a telephone interview from the family ranch in Bunkerville, Nev. "I knew that what my husband was doing was right, but I was nervous because the judge was controlling the narrative. But they saw the truth. I am just so grateful they saw it." The family would be celebrating on the ranch Thursday night, she said.

Wild life refuge is a sanctuary for wild animals and must be protected. But I cannot rebut the courts decision since a process was made and the judge has just made a decision based on the evidence and statement. This is bureaucracy and it is the system made to protect the citizens right. Hope the decision made by the court is right and will not cause more problems to the wildlife refuge.

The underlying question was not the protection of wildlife or the refuge. The underlying question was that of the Federal Government encroaching on private land and State of Oregon land to do it.

Get the Feds out of our lives and let us run our States. We have much better understanding for protecting wildlife preserves in our State, because we live there.

The behind-the-scenes goal of the Feds is to take over as much land as they can, period.

I am sad that these guys were acquitted. Wildlife needs to be conserved, and the authorities were just doing their job. If these renegades have their way, then the wildlife in the United States will be destroyed.

This is a very small victory. But the larger picture remains largely negative. Ranchers are still having their cattle and horses being confiscated, along with their land. People who had lived in their ancestral lands for more than a hundred years are getting evicted. The individual ranchers are being destroyed by the large corporations, with active support from the politicians and the judiciary.

Yeah this is just one jury that is excercising the power of jury nullification, I highly doubt the next jury with another one of these cases is going to allow for such a thing to occur again. When picking new jurors if something similar comes up again they'll probably put some sinker questions in to make sure people like this get weeded out.

These people basically held the people hostage and they were acquitted because of the color of the skin, Were it to be an Arab person, The media would have said it was an act of terrorism and they would have given the shoot to kill order. But since the perpetrators were white people, they were arrested with no shoots being fired and hailed as heroes and afterwards acquitted.

Not true as they weren't harming anyone in the process of doing this, gosh I love when people pull the Race card but have nothing else to back it up. Plus the MSM would usually never report on something like that BECAUSE the person is an Arab.

No. The reason they were found not guilty was because:
1. They were judged by a jury of their peers: people who live in the area and believe the way they do;
2. This jury knows the law and knows that the judge has absolutely no authority to suggest to an American jury the verdict they are to hand down;
3. The jury even liked the breath of fresh air the accused brought to their lands of Oregon, when they stood up against the usurping Federal Government.

It had nothing to do with color of skin.

What I find weird is.. Nobody is producing more land (except China) so surely it would be very simple to determine who owns what. You definitely need wildlife reserves and these farmers cannot take government land just because no one has challenged them on it in the past. By allowing them to take over nature reserves it's basically a big f*ck you to everyone else in the country who has paid towards it.

Actually, anybody can take Government land. But most people don't know how. So it won't be easy in the beginning as people find out... just like it wasn't easy for the Bundys and their friends to win this case. They went about it the wrong way, so they made it much harder on themselves.

Anyway, here's how to take Government land.

1. Find a chunk of Government land you want. In these beginnings, make it a piece of land that is remote-ish, so that you have time to settle in before a ranger finds you. Make it small enough so that you can oversee the whole thing easily, or, for a larger chunk, have several people.
2. Mark off the land with fence and identification poles. Do it better than if it were a mining claim. Take photos. Perhaps make a general recording with the State recording office, not the land office.
3. If nobody bothers you for 7 years, the land is yours legally. But if a ranger comes, or the BLM ( Bureau of Land Management) bothers you, sue him in YOUR common law court in the nearby Federal District Court.
4. You might have several suits against him, if he harms you. But your main one is a CLAIM SUIT IN NOTICE FORM FILED RIGHT INSIDE THE GOVERNMENT'S SUIT AGAINST YOU (rather than making a motion inside their suit), where they are suing you for trespassing on Federal land.
5. Your main suit is a jury trial where you require one point, basically. This point is something to the effect, "Let the man or woman I have injured step forward and show his injury, with evidence and witnesses, so that I can pay him for his injury." Since you have injured nobody, nobody will step forward. The Government can't step forward because it is just paperwork.
6. If you asked for damages in your claim suit, damages based on the hardship they inflicted on you, you just might come out of it with extra money. The jury rules, of course. But if you are shrewd enough, you should be able to talk them into voting your way by showing them (covertly) how they can get a chunk of land for themselves, and how jury nullification works regarding laws.
7. You may have additional lawsuits against various agents for harming you. Be sure to never harm them.
8. One way you might handle the agents who approach you is:
a) When they order you off your land, ask them for the order in writing, but film them in case they don't give it to you in writing.
b) Then announce to them that the fee for their order is (whatever amount $$$ you deem reasonable for your land and making you move off it) - http://www.unkommonlaw.co.uk/. Do they want to continue?
c) Then go if they say "go."
d) Charge them and take them to court for refusing to pay. Use the same idea in different claim form as in 4 above.

None of this will be easy, because common law is just starting to be used to put down a rebellious Government. We should have done it long ago.

Government's ownership and use of land is NOT in the Constitution or Bill of Rights. Government simply makes believe they own the land. How do they own it? By some Government man or woman saying that they own it. You have the right to speak just as they do, and even more right because man/woman trumps Government in common law, and common law trumps legal law. It's in the Preamble and Amendments 6, 7, 9, and 10... and elsewhere.

Cool

EDIT: The common law spoken about is NOT the legal definition of common law. The legal definition is legal common law. The common law talked about in this post is the common law that is in force among people (not Government) today, and always has been, even before Government was set up. The jury decides this common law, but it is in force among all the people when there is no need for the jury.

Oregon-All 7 NOT Guilty- Ammon's Lawyer Arrested Prt #2 (VIDEO)

PORTLAND, Ore. – Marcus Mumford, the lawyer for Malheur National Wildlife Standoff leader Ammon Bundy, was taken into custody Thursday afternoon shortly after a jury handed down a verdict acquitting the seven standoff members on all counts.
After the jury handed down its decision, Judge Anna Brown allowed all of the refuge occupiers to leave the courtroom except for Ammon and Ryan Bundy. Both men have federal holds for a separate ranching standoff in Nevada that was led by their father Cliven Bundy.

Now get this! This trial shows the power of jury nullification in America.

The Bundys and others were clearly doing something illegal. But the jury nullified the illegality in this case.

People of America can put their government down if their government won't listen to them.
