If you are referring to your computer instead of the block explorer,
the chain is located in the roaming folder - usually
C:/users//your user name(login)/AppData/coin folder
There is nothing you can do here though except delete
the folders (not your "wallet.dat" which is your coins or the .conf file)
You would only do this if you need to resynch a chain from scratch
