Just backup your wallet and you won't have any problems
maybe its too late to find something in debug.log 
there are a lot of strings and no occurrences of 'bus error' or even 'bus'.
I'm sure that there is no problem in my RAM, and this error happened to me second time immediately after sending coins.
It's weird.. So if this error will occur again I'll look into debug.log and UP this topic.

Check your memory or sata bus
Typically it means some kind of memory access error. Have you checked log files for more information (bitcoin debug.log and files in /var/log directory)?
Immediately after sending bitcoins my wallet closed and I got in console message "Bus error".
What this error means ? wallet version is v0.9.1.0
