I've done several hundred dollars (closer to a grand) with VirWox. their nowhere near the best price, but for buying and selling with paypal. it works. (if you sell 1btc after fees you walk out with $3.97 (but this was like 2 months ago)

I will sell you BTC for paypal
Why have you registered an account with a one-letter misspelling of a known user?
Do not send first to this person.

You could always buy something and sell it for BTC also.  Precious metals, gift cards, etc...

I bought my first coins on ebay using PayPal. Yes, they were way overpriced, but I needed them and the seller had them.

There are very few options with PayPal as payment because PayPal expressly prohibits a merchant to use PayPal for the sale of Bitcoins.  Additionally, because the payment can be charged back easily, merchants that do have some angle must charge a higher fee to do so.

With VirWoX you can buy SLL using PayPal, then trade SLL for BTC:

Physical Bitcoin, paid for with credit card:

Right now, I have just a couple dollars in paypal that I want to turn into bitcoins. But after looking around it seems like if you use paypal, you are automatically labeled a scammer. Is there any way I can get bitcoins with my paypal? Or am I going to have to just wait until I can get more cash.
Just get your money the hell out of paypal while you still can.

I don't think anybody is saying you're necessarily a scammer, but anything with paypal involved can simply not be trusted. Paypal is just rotten by nature and too scam-sensitive for both buyers and sellers.

Do you live in the US? The best bet would be to use Bitinstant, deposit cash at your local CVS, Walmart, or 7-11 and have that cash funded into a Mtgox account by Bitinstant.
