Has anyone had success returning a miner to BFL for a RMA? My single lasted 2 weeks and then unexpectedly died. They have been unresponsive so far. Anyone else experienced this?

They did an RMA return for me and shipped it out within 24 hours of receiving my dead unit.

This really is surprising...

I'm surprised they do RMA.. but it is really taking longer then expected...

we have been getting reports for DOA jalla Bfl miners crapping out . Took BFL two weeks to answer the email then consumers shipped the jalla back and weeks later still waiting. Total time mining for consumer 2 weeks .Total wait time 7 months two weeks and yet to get a return miner.
