Yea, and that was 13.5 months of bitcoins you lost! I also lost big time wasting my time with them!
It became fun for me to write polite nice complaints under 5 different names. Never lied always told the truth. Their delays got me more into bitcointalk I made more money last summer buying selling and setting up asic miner usb stick farms they was tied up in BFL jally money. They did me a favor as I no longer tie up any btc/usd waiting on gear .
I operate all my mining on fast shipped items only.

Also, beware of buying 2nd orders, 50% off deals, other peoples preorders, overpriced cloud hashing. If you EVEN look at your order wrong, it disqualifies you for a refund. They sell you the 50% coupon, hey you earned it because they were late. good luck getting a refund on the 2nd card, they didn't want to refund me until I went crazy spamming them and the internet

use chrome with incognito browser to open new accounts and persist. bury them with the sweetest most polite questions.
Ask them the nicest things about refunds. Point out that chrome incognito browser renders the bans they do as worthless.
Took me 13.5 months to get my refund. I did get it.
