1- You will make and provide me a new gmail id with your own name.
2- I ll personally sit in the exam on your behalf and gelp you to get certified.
3- You don't need to do anything except making a new gmail and pay me.
4- Google takes our exams which shows how good we are in the same field.
5- Yes, I am happy to use Escrow if you pay them fees.

From the second image you posted, it appears one has to sit for an examination for being certified.
What exactly is your service or function here ? Would you leak the exam questions from Google or sit for the exam on our behalf and do everything to get the certificate in our name ?
