Topic: Buy-a-Hash can I trust? (Read 4812 times)
I placed an order on Jan 3rd and it's still showing as "processing". I emailed their orders email address today and got a bounce back from Google. I hope they didn't just take my LTC and run but it doesn't look good when you get no reply / emails bounce. Anyone have an alternate email address or means to contact them?
I sent him a message here on the forums, and got an almost immediate response, looks like there was a hiccup with coinpayments.net and it had somehow invalidated my order. He says he will be shipping my order within a day or two.
Almost a month later, still no risers, no update, and no response to my support form request.

Did you order get another status on the website while being shipped? My order is in "processing" for since Dec-10 but the usb hub is on sale and in stock.

Ordered some PCIe risers on December 9. Thus far, I have not received risers, nor responses to email messages or phoen calls (no voicemail, no answer). I know it's the holiday season, but so far I am not impressed.
I bought a USB Block Erupter from Buy-A-Hash, arrived just fine.
I bought 5 block erupters from buyahash.com a month or so ago. He mailed it to the UK with tracking for $10 and it arrived in about 7-8 days, so yes he can be trusted. I paid $50 for 5 of them but had to pay £11 import tax, although £8 was a handling fee from the post office. He also posted on the customs note that the value was a lot less than it was to avoid high import tax, quite a good experience imo. (on a side note I sold the erupters on eBay for £35 each!)
I have bought from him before, therefore I trust the website.
