Clicking on Ads doesn't reduce the time
and the clock just keeps cycling. I was playing around with my settings with 30 seconds or so left, when I finished, there was 4.5 minutes left. I figured I refreshed the page, so I waited, and the same thing happened. At 0 Seconds, it went back to full time.
And, I ordered 1000 impressions of my Ad, do I need to activate anything?

Before you click the payment info button.. you can calculate the price in a single window on the right side.. actually it doesnt matter what quantity it says because your amount of clicks is automatically calculated when the payment is received!

Generally in pay per click advertising the fact that the user clicked indicates they may at least have some interest in the product or service.
In other words the quality of your clicks are slightly above ppc fraud. Slightly.

It's not fraud if the advertisers are aware of how the site works. The way the site makes visitors click on ads does make a click worth very little, though. Your price per click should be about 1/10th of what the other sites are charging.
