I came across your queston , where did you get the initial source code? Did you follow someone else's code? I am also interested in my own coin production. Just between friends.
I came across some software you can setup your own mining pool
, its probably what I will use - http://jbcrawford.us/2013/your-very-own-bitcoin-pool/
Software is web based and back end is bitcoind.

Thanks for the tip!   You can get source code here!

I will let you know how this turns out.

I realize that there are as many alt-coins as there are miners these days practically.  I know it's stupid to start another alt coin.
All of that is well understood.  So with that said, who is willing to help me set my servers up?
I am extremely busy, and I need to recruit help from someone who has done this before, who can do this without a lot of effort, and without a lot of cost to me.   I don't mind paying, don't get me wrong.  I will gladly pay for someone's time.  But I don't want to have a 3 month endeavor for something that I could do in a week, and that someone who has experience could do in a day.

I have the source code for my coin, I have a compiled Windows executable for my wallet, and I have a VPS server with CENTOS 6x installed.

I need:

1.  A seednode setup
2.  A Mining Pool (webbased)
3.  Clients compiled for other platforms  (Mac *Nix)
4.  I already have a block explorer setup

Scrypt based coin

If you would be willing to help someone (a hobbyist) set up an alt coin, I would be willing to pay a reasonable price in coin.

Just for reference, I am not doing any premining, there is no huge genesis block.  I am trying my best to create a level playing field for anyone who wants to participate.  So Im not offering anything but BTC or LTC for payment.   I don't have a ton of coin, and Im not rich.  I am just a free-market enthusiast who has been dreaming about this since before bitcoin ever came around.
Before bitcoin existed, I had my own digital/self-sustaining economy on my own website, and I used Wordpress + Cubepoints + WP-E-Commerce.  Members could earn point by participating in the community, and spend points at the store on tangible goods.
This is just a continuation of that, but on a more legitimate scale.   Im not looking to get rich.  I just want to continue fulfilling my dreams.  Please help if you can or lend me some good advice on who to speak to.

BOUNTY TOTAL -  $400
$200 for Mining Pool Setup
$100 for seenode setup on my host
$100 to compile source code for *nix and Mac

After all of this is completed, I will need a trading platform setup.  I would like to get that started sooner than later.

Additional bounty $500  to get a basic exchange platform going.  I am not delusional enough to think I will get my altcoin on a major exchange, however I think this coin can help solve many issues for people in my particular community, and I need to allow people access to buy in without having to mine.   I would be willing to offer a percentage of the transaction fees, plus $500 to complete the development.   Or I would pay $1000 for a decent opensource platform + installation ($1000 total)

All bounties paid in coin (LTC/BTC) based on USD prices as described above.  (escrow required)

Thanks!
