Sorry for stupid question, but why don't you buy yourself that thing from ebay? All you need is paypal and some time, while you will need time anyways, so just goa ahead and create paypal and order what you need. No need to wait till someone will be so good to buy for you.
perhaps he's underaged as I am so he perhaps doesn't own a bank account to paypal with

Weird, if you bought that much through them, why did you need me to get this for you? Also, why couldn't you make your own ebay account? I would think that's easier and more convenient.

just use snapcard, I already bought 2 eBay items using their service (paying in bitcoin) and they both arrived
there's a 2% fee though

devthedev and I already worked it out in PM. I basically had to change my address in both ebay and paypal for it to work. Item has been ordered and shipped already.

If you look at their listing under the shipping section, they have terms listed out, and here are two of them:
- We only ship to EBAY and PAYPAL confirmed address
- We will not change the address for Buyer
