I want to buy and sell bitcoin anonymously. Most sites require our credentials for account verification. Are there any reliable sites you use anonymously? BTC/USD, BTC/LTC etc.

Yobit.net requires NO identification to trade cryptocurrencies.
I don't think BitFinex or Payeer require any authentication to convert from BTC/USD.
You could also trade on this forum fairly anonymously.
But in exchanges you can only deposit bitcoins and other altcoins too. So, if you only have USD or any other fiat currency then you have a problem depositing in exchanges.

Mycelium.
I'm curious, how do you buy from mycelium? Isn't mycelium just a wallet. Correct me if I'm wrong. I just downloaded the app on my phone and did not see any way to buy bitcoins in the wallet.

Please look at the exchanges I suggest before saying that you cnnot deposit fiat into them.
Yobit.net accepts Payeer and other methods of adding Fiat.
Payeer isn't even an altcoin exchange. It's a place for storing USD that seemed to incorporate Bitcoin a while back into it's system.
And Bitfinex allows conversion to USD as the main currency to convert to as well (after Bitcoin).

Before opening a new thread for this I was thinking asking here.
Someone mentioned Yobit -> is it still something we can trust?
Poloniex -> Someone said, you can trade 2000$ without any verification? My idea here, I earned some BTC but i want to trade with them, and exchange them somehow after some months against Fiatmoney.

Firstly I don't need Fiat. I just want to trade them somehow anonymously, meaning I sell when price goes high, when goes down I buy etc.. .and when i need them, i withdraw to my other wallet).

Where can I do it please? I'm new in Trading, sorry for my questions.

I reviewed Poloniex site. It's really nice for swap transactions between coins. What exactly is Tether USD on this site?

I never heard of it before but after doing some googling I suppose Its BTC/USDT and It available in Poloniex (with the highest trading volume) , Bitfinex , Bittrex and C-CEX and see here for more details : https://coinmarketcap.com/assets/tether/#markets

I can not register at the yobit site. The registration section is not working. When I clicked on the registration screen did not come.

If you want to trade between BTC and other altcoins then Poloniex is the best for this job , no information's will be required unless you want to raise the limits you have (the limits are already good , I guess Its daily 2,000$).
As for buying BTC using USD then there is Virwox.com (PayPal , Paysafecard , Skrill , UKash , credit cards etc..) Its a legit service and works very well. They do have some limits however and you can increase them by making +10 USD deposit and start counting. (your level/limits will be based on the number of months since your first deposit using Skrill or PayPal)

Its a wallet indeed but they have a Local Trader built inside the application. It uses your location (GPS) to detect the nearest sellers and buyers that you could meet and trade with. I personally find meeting face to face a little bit risky and also doesn't give you fully anonymity as the other party will see your face. Details : https://mycelium.com/lt/help.html

I see. I installed on an iOS device so I didn't see the option for buying and selling bitcoins via the application. So basically you have to do a face to face meeting to buy bitcoins? Isn't that not so private? I would prefer one that I can just send some money over and receive the bitcoins similar to LBC but less the privacy issues.
