I'm considering dabbling in buying and selling bitcoins for bank cash deposit if anyone is interested. Lets start out at say 5% over spot for purchases and 5% under spot for sales and see how it goes.
It's a little bit more than coinbase charges but you won't even have to have a bank account for purchases and you wont need to do any of that onerous registration and compliance stuff. I'm basically going to treat it like I'm a localbitcoins vendor. This service will be for friends not the whole world. The moment it gets big enough that I start getting worried about drawing the attention of the jackboots I'll just raise my prices until the volume comes back down low enough for me to feel like I'm safely flying under the radar again.

Aren't there such services already? Back in the day, I used Bitcoin Brokers and was pretty happy with their service. I haven't used them in a long time though.
