Finally I switched to sending wire transfer to Bitstamp exchange and buying BTC that way. BTW, where r u from?

I am not sure this will work or not but you can acquire a virtual credit card and transfer some funds in that card and then you will be able to buy bitcoins using that virtual credit card. You can use services like entopay to get a free virtual credit card, you will be charged only to top up your card. You can use your virtual credit card to buy bitcoins.

you will find it hard to buy bitcoins with cc as other member as said that not a lot of exchange will accept cc as you can get a charge back from a cc company so I think maybe buy some linden dollars and use them to buy bitcoin in second life that one way you might get round buying bitcoins with cc

Even without 3D security features users have got increased access for bitcoin buying. Possibly even without such security services the different trading and exchange websites helps buying easier.
You can also check cex.io don't know whether they have 3D security or not. But they are worth to check and allow buying bitcoin with credit card payments.

I don't really trade Bitcoin with Credit Card but as far as I am aware, 3D secure is a feature of credit card (correct me if I am wrong). There is some other exchanges that do not need 3D secure if I am not wrong. Check this Bitcoin.it page for a full list - https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/How_To_Buy_Bitcoins_With_Your_Credit_Card. So far upon using "CTRL+F" to look for "3D Secure" only four exchanges required it.
