I made one tx at another forum with 7% fee.
Offer is still open.

What a piece of garbage you are. You tell people to send first and enjoy the experience of losing their bitcoins. Humans (if you were to be considered one) like you deserve no space on this planet.

Yeah. Paypal is reversible so how come does he want to received bitcoin first before he released his paypal funds. Paypal is not economical to use nowadays. There is a lot of opportunity to invest on btc.

I call Bullshit on this too.
You expect by saying this you will get 7% rate just like that? No prior trade history, or trust rating and you want something like this to happen and for someone to send to you first?! Roll Eyes
You should do your trades on that other place because you will only get that offer accepted by a newbie here (or a desperate buyer) and they will probably turn out to scam you. They are elusive here might I add.

Instead use localbitcoins as escrow if you really want to have a trade in which reversible and non reversible payments are included. No one is going to send bitcoins first as everyone is aware of paypal problems.

You send btc first, and give me your paypal adress (or escrow possible)
We could use https://bitcoinaverage.com Exchange rate

I will exchange your paypal. Escrow + 10% for me.
And there are a few rules that you have to comply with.
Let me know.
