Try to be realistic, when so many members are saying its almost impossible to get a exchanger with such circumstances ( you being new and skrill is reversible ) so why not provide something to this cause, like showing the source, etc ?

I don't believe anybody will be willing to sell you this amount of BTCs for a reversible payment method like Skrill. Skrill is nothing better than PayPal. You should withdraw your money to the bank account and pay using some other method. You will also get much better rate by doing so. Skrill rates are at least 10%+ on the regular price.

See the guy has done many transactions with trusted members for high amount of money via Neteller ( Something similar to Skrill ) in terms of security and seems like there's no issues.
