@benda try almamaterstore.in they offer good quality prints and the ink doesnt fade away (tried one myself) and print & ship decently fast, but the oldest players in the custom cothing designing area are threadless.com and Vistaprint.
Not too sure if threadless do hoodies but they do Tee's for sure and the quality of the tee's are superb; vistaprint's quality is at par with threadless.
Word of advice dont use printvenue - worst customer service / product quality / ink quality / design platform.

Can I get that 90% cotton, 10% poly material? I seem to be hooked to those..
Picked up a bunch of plain ones from snapdeal, but cant seem to find any awesome ones.

Vistaprint provides those. Hands down the best among all that I listed here.
I remember back when threadless started they offered you different material choices, not too sure if they do that anymore.
Tried it, messed up crap.. Check that business standard mag pic of mine to see what they did..
I really want something that's at least pub-worthy.

Try threadless then, they're brand worthy, just checked their site, they're allowing designers to create their own brands sold through threadless so their stuff has to be pub-worthy for you. Give it a shot. Plus they have a good customer support team.
