Although, I'm not sure how common the use of such accounts is in P2P transactions for buying cryptocurrencies. In general, it's simpler and safer to go through a well-known centralized exchange.

You both sounds fake to me. Sorry if I am wrong. However if the OP is real then I suggest you to use a trusted escrow before doing the trade. Once crypto is moved then there are no reversal system and the sender can be scammed easily.
I can possibly help! I will of course want my fee, I think $100 tip for me is fair for a transaction like this, so I'd send you around $700 of Bitcoin.
