+ Question 1: if I weren't already into bitcoin and I have researched and find it exciting then I would buy bitcoin right now, I think I won't regret the past, infact I missed the past and this is the best time for me to buy bitcoin because am not only an investor but I like to use bitcoin.

+ I have used Luno wallet sparsely, but my country has banned the used of crypto-currency to bank transaction so even if I like Luno I would give it up for peer2peer, which I use now, so my exchange right now is electrum.

+Question 3: I researched about it and every time I see high power and sophisticated computers so I don't have any idea or experience on mining.

If you'll take a peak at the market right now, you will see how much of a good time it is to buy right now considering the dip. In terms of wallet, choose the one that is much commendable by many people right now and find the one that is trustworthy. For bitcoin mining, you can see that it is still striving a lot right now, even though the recent news about China banning crypto mining right now, there are still a lot of other countries that mines continuously. Bitcoin and other crypto are still on trend specially NFT's, it is making much noise right now so take the chance of investing on some.

Obviously, I'm just kidding. There is no perfect time to buy bitcoin because there is no way to predict price movements in the future. As a saying goes that I read somewhere, "The best time to buy bitcoin was ten years ago, the second best time is now." It is best to buy bitcoin when you feel well prepared for such an investment. Don't invest money you depend on for your basic needs, and don't invest money you cannot afford to lose.

buy bitcoin when you have the budget, but with caution and strategy, mining bitcoin is a serious matter that you need to think about, there is a lot of planning to be made before your start, and not just jump over it, when you are decided to to the mining section of the forum, my thoughts?

The next best time to buy is now, infact anytime you have the spare funds to throw into the market, you do provided it isn't money you'll need in the near future. Now after buying you hodl, get your mind off the fud spreading around and concentrate on how to get more fiats so you buy more. The fud aren't new and won't be going away anytime soon. The best choice has always been hardware wallet but I don't use or have one myself so can't give you more information on that but you can read through the forum for better directions.

No one can tell you what the best time for buying BTC is because no one knows what your goals are. So the best thing would be to educate yourself as much as possible and then make an educated guess on when to invest,

Only you will know when the best time to buy bitcoin but for making sure, you can buy bitcoin at a low price.
Maybe you can buy at the exchange and after you get the bitcoin, you can send it to your wallets such as ledger, trezor or the other customizable wallet.
With the difficulty of bitcoin mining now, I do not recommend you to mining bitcoin because if you still want to mine bitcoin, you need to prepare the newest hardware to get a good reward, but that is not guaranteed you can make a profit in weekly or monthly.
Maybe this will be a bitcoin season to buy because the price is down deeper, but we do not know if bitcoin price still goes down, so you need to analyze more to find out.
