Ccex requires 3D secure debit or credit card. Lots of developing countries still dont have that tech. Dont know about these others.

As at the last time i checked it is not possible to buy btc with debit cards through c-cex.
I would be hard pressed to find a more reliable service then coinbase. For me, its the only way to buy bitcoins easy and safely that I can trust. Takes only a couple of days to buy or sell depending on the status of your account, I believe this can be done instantly if you have the account set up correctly. I guess you would have to find a safe equivalent if coinbase doesn't accept your country.
I am also in need of this option and I have rated coinmama above others but their minimum seems too high for me to risk. You can try Coinmama too.

be careful what site you just give your CC information to. I would use one of the more established sites.

And also to avoid fraud as credit card hacking was pretty common. They just want to avoid accepting funds from a hacked cc

Coinbase if you are in a one of the 26 supported countries. Check their website. Also you can try Coincorner.com. They are a new service that is based on Isle of Man. I have checked their reviews and the, seem very trustworthy!

A method I have used before was to buy currency in online games such as Runescape and sell it for BTC or vice versa.

Is there any place where you can buy bitcoins with visa or so but without those bank confirmations and such? Everywhere I went, I need a bank to approve the spending.

you can do it with virwox but remember the fees is crazy that is why i dont use them ,why not just buy the coins from localbitcoins ? you will pay the bill of your credit card in fiat and you will give fiat for the bitcoins at localbitcoins so i think its same thing but better

I found out that you can buy bitcoin with a credit card like MasterCard or Visa,cold you people give me your oppinion on what exchanger I should use?(I want to buy and sell bitcoin) every time I wold find one(a exchanger) and search for a review people wold say that they got scammed so please give me some exchangers
