I've never heard of buying bitcoins with phone credit because telecom companies are not authorized to do so. Currently, I only see people can buy crypto with credit cards, international payment cards.
If a phone credit payment service is available then I don't think that is the best way to own bitcoin as it can incur large taxes and fees.
what you are saying is very foreign to me, the opposite is that with bitcoin we can buy phone credit. because even if it is available, how much credit is there for each person on their cellphone and is it worth buying bitcoin? I think it is difficult to understand and it is a very confusing job.

no benefit will occur if it is forced to be held because the exchange rate of bitcoin is already high and there are no pulses that can approach that price at this time. innovation is fine, but if it is not feasible, there is no benefit to be gained and it is just a waste of work.

We do not have a service like this in our country but I wish there will be one, here the process involves putting fiat money in our local exchanges and from their we can buy Bitcoin, the only way I can think of is through peer to peer to your friends you will send him phone credits in return for his Bitcoin, here in our country we can transfer our load credits to anyone, we just need their phone numbers.

I was still not into bitcoin by that time and like what the others are telling you. We rarely find that kind of method if you're longing to purchase bitcoin through phone credits. There could be somehow a way to make it happen but, it should be a p2p process, and if the seller agrees to pay him with phone credits directly but to see a seller that will go into your favor is a pretty low chance. The other choice is to sell your phone credits somewhere with cash then use it for buying bitcoin.

Except with your choice of phone credits, don't you want to buy it with a different method like those popular methods of p2p or easier way that the exchanges offer?

3 years ago, I was able to convert my mobile credits to cash with just a 1% transaction fee. The thing is this mobile network operator also has a payment processing service that is linked with their mobile credits, so transferring funds is seamless and is back then. However since this was abused and a lot of fraud happened, they shut it down indefinitely and one can no longer use mobile credits and use it as cash.

Right now, there are a few traders wanting to accep this kind of trade, and I don’t know if such trades can be successful in Paxful but it’s still worth something when you first look in there. Don’t put your hopes up though since this trade isn’t really happening much.

I see that currently no one sells Bitcoin using phone credit, and even if it does, I don't guarantee it will be very good to do so at this point, I think if you really want to buy Bitcoin, it's better to use an exchange like Binance, KuCoin , Bittrex, and other exchanges because existing exchanges like the ones I mentioned are real, if you buy on an exchange that actually has nothing to lose, but if you buy them on a site that doesn't seem real, you are at great risk of losing money.

But with phone we can access internet also penetrate in those platform, what are the reason you portray that  know one sell bitcoin with phone credit?
We all know binance as exchange were we can buy bitcoin, even luno, you can buy bitcoin and sell bitcoin as many you want.
You can equally buy and sell any crptocurrency with bitcoin ATM machine if you have any around you,
because ATM transaction always move faster.

I search online and I'd never see another way of buying Bitcoin other than that have mentioned above. But I was not convinced if it runs smoothly, in fact, this way of buying bitcoin isn't popular unlike in using exchangers. And even me, I have no trust this thing and the risk of being scammed.

But if I were you, I supposed not to use phone credits. There is no hard of having an account in any reputable exchanges where you can think about the safety assurance. I don't think if this will matter you much but I was not pushing you as well to change your mind if you already have decided. But just to remind you about the risk and you should have to put it in your mind otherwise, you'll be in regrets after.

True, in the world of the internet we cannot easily trust all those who are not real in front of us. They are all our virtual friends, just like me and you, we don't know each other and I could get more incentives to commit fraud for that reason.

Buying BTC with a balance on a cellphone is a bad idea, where popular exchangers don't accept phone credits as a means of payment. Doesn't that make you insecure?

You can convert it first to FIAT, before you buy bitcoin with confidence at well-known exchangers such as Binance and Coinbase.

I don't see the convenience of purchasing BTC with phone credits.

But if you really want, you can try these:

https://coingate.com (read terms about FEES)
https://paxful.com/buy-bitcoin/mobile-recharge (try your luck here as there are only a few traders dealing with this type of payment method)

But there's another way. Try to search for a service in your country wherein you can convert phone credits into cash. Not literally that you can directly convert it but sort of an offer, perks, special feature, or something along those lines. I've remembered there's a service before here in our country that was being offered by one of the banks here but that was way back 5 years IIRC. From there, you can now transfer your cash into crypto local exchange there then purchase your BTC. Just give it a check.
