JotForm just kicked them off. Now they're trying to use FormStack.
FormStack just kicked them off.

This is a really low-budget scam. It's all free website hosting.

Reported to JotForm as a phishing site.

http://www.jotform.com/answers/427681-You-are-hosting-a-phishing-site

1. JotForm does not permit the use of their forms for credit card numbers.
2. Visa/MC do not permit online credit card number transmission over non-secure connections.
3. JotForm is in California, so California B&P code §17538 applies (online seller in CA must give actual name and address of business).
JotForm just kicked them off. Now they're trying to use FormStack. FormStack will probably kick them off soon.

This looks totally legit I must say Tongue
The thing with credit cards is that even if the service is not legit,  a cardholder could simply sipute the transaction and get their money back. It would be very difficult/impossible exactly when an investment account is created.

Did you know your credit card input page does not have SSL?  If you are not careful someone else might empty my credit card before you get a chance to.
