Would you care to explain how this "buffer in Japan" can run out? I don't get it - transfering bitcoins across the globe takes no time at all.

Due to high sales turnover in recent days, our U.S. dollar buffer in Japan is at an end, therefore we adjust our prices to even out the flow between the buyers & sellers.

you should work little more about your frontpage design and give info about yourself so people can trust you more, if you hide your identity and you didn't register company, people can't find you if they don't get BTC from you. I am not against it that phisical person make business without to register company but I would like to know whom I send my money.
summa summarum, it is really BETA stage of exchange business.

thanks for the input, give me your btc-adress and we send you a feedback present.

Can I use Nordea even though I have the Danish Nordea?

I don't know, please try and let me know! I'll give you the exchange fee for free, just write that you use Danish Nordea in the comment field.
