i would not recommend you buys to buy bitcoins through paytm or freecharge .because in these there are a lot of spammers and will take away ur money and they are not trackable at all .use always banking system it is the best for us .and there cant be no spamming to little spamming in it .
Have used PayTM a few times to buy Bitcoins from known people. Yeah "known" people because there are many scammers out there too who block you after receiving cash so you better know what you're doing and be aware.
Thought they have a New User only One Time Paytm policy?

Buying and selling bitcoins through paytm ,mobikwik is dangerous and it has full of scammers .u might loose all ur bitcoins during selling .i would suggest u to always use imps transfer which is more preferable .kudoos
