Judging by some of the comments, few users aren't completely sure if it's a fake one or not so I would like to shed some light on this matter...

Proof #1
- On their "About us" page, they claimed [archived]:

Proof #2
- They plagiarized their "About us" page from Paybis:

Hi, welcome to EltraExchanger!

We are a team of passionate blockchain enthusiasts who have come together to help you participate in this exciting new world.

More specifically, we developed a platform to help you buy and sell your favorite cryptocurrencies using a variety of (often unusual) payment methods.

The best part? You can do this faster and easier than ever before.

Our founders started
EltarExchanger in 2014 after realizing the boundless potential of crypto. The goal was not to be the biggest or most popular exchange, but rather to become the most trusted and responsive platform on the market.

Today, we are well on our way to achieving those goals. With a near-perfect score on Trustpilot and a dedicated support team, almost all of our customers come back to use our service again.

To this day, we have helped more than 300,000 customers. Will you be next?

Any exchange website that requires more than 3$ minimum order should be researched thoroughly before sending your funds.
https://eltraexchanger.com has $45 minimum order, i see that as a point of concern

I don't think I will trust this site for many reasons:

 - Transfer to Paypal: They have a service that enables you to direct transfer from cryptocurrencies to Paypal, which is against Paypal ToS and may lead to freezing your account.
 - exchange rates: There are high transfer fees, for example, when exchange 1 BTC to LTC = 124,xxx. youcan find a better offers at 129,xx.
 - Interface response: The interface is slow and takes a lot of time to load.

You can find more reasons if you search for the company address.

Your success in conducting a transaction or two does not mean that they are honest, but it is a selective scammers.

this is obvious, a new way of deception.
Newbie comes here and asking for advice about some unknown service. it is always financial service, where we need to risk money. Of course, it is mandatory to post a link to this questionable website, with the small suggestion that they use it once or two times, but he is still not sure for future trading/exchange/investment.
I was checked company address on google map it looks like apartments in rent.

Even if it's not a scam (won't bother wasting time looking closer into it), it would still have a ton of restrictions, allow the user to buy only minuscule amounts of BTC, and it would probably be declining a lot of transactions to minimize the risk of falling victim to fraud.

So you're claiming that you've already used it twice without any problem, and after this service offered credit card payments you're now asking if it's real or fake? I wouldn't touch that site with a 10-foot pole.

that seems suspicious for me too, why tf would you ask about service you've tested by yourself

Even if it's real, why would you risk getting your card details stolen by a third-party provider?

I wouldn't be worried about that since they're accepting payments through Payeer (which is a reputable service).

I still wouldn't recommend using the service though. If you check their homepage, you'll see that they claim to have 8100~ reviews in Trustpilot (without giving a link) but if you google for it, you'll end up with this page where 46% of only 71 total reviews are "bad".

better everyday ♥
In this case, I find it more like an article to promote their website than asking a question to the community. He claims that he has successfully traded on the platform twice, so why is he still worried? It is simply that he is promoting the platform with a brand new account, even he hasn't been active since posting this thread. I think this is a bad of promotion, what we need to do is not to care about it  Wink

Don't give away your card details easily.

I don't know about this website and didn't try it before. If you can tell what type of credit card you have then may be i can redirect you to some suitable alternatives to your need.
