your merchant will be closed very soon, because of chargebacks. there are some high risk merchants though, look for that.

what @DeathAndTaxes said.

plus i imagine you would attract many criminals attempting to use stolen cards and/or information. as a result your merchant status with the transactor would not last long.

maybe if you sold some cute items by mail that were loaded with coin? that way you can get proof of delivery, perhaps a BTC keyring with a peel off sticker, much like a casascius, don't use the word coin etc, say it's a lucky charm loaded with luck (BTC).

Oh you can dispute them but a dispute isn't like a court of law.  The judge is the customers credit card company and they just rubber stamp the dispute in favor of the customer.  Many have tried they all have gone bankrupt but don't let that dissuade you.

I'm working on a site that requires no sign up and you can use any major credit card to buy certain amounts of btc. A small fee will be applied to the regular btc price. criticism? ideas?

Have a good bankruptcy lawyer on speed dial.  Saying "working on a site" instead of launching a company implies to me you are focused on the nuts and bolts.  The site won't be the problem, the rubber stamp chargebacks will.
well it would be intergrated with payza, it helps merchants so i could dispute the chargebacks
