However, unfortunately there are several serious show stoppers to this kind of business.
1. Visa and Mastercard hate Bitcoin and will shut you down at the first possible opportunity when hearing about your business model.
2. People will get stolen cards and fake identity documents, and empty you of bitcoins.
3. People will do chargebacks and claim they never got the bitcoins. A bitcoin transaction reference number is not worth as much as a tracking number for physical goods in the mail, thus you will experience chargebacks.
In general bitcoin do not mix well with reversible payment methods.
From the user standpoint, sending identity papers to an unknown entity in Japan with no track record, is very risky. There's no guarantee that there will be no identity theft.
As much as I love new bitcoins services, many people have tried running a business like this before you, and have failed, since you don't bring anything new to the table, this business model is dead.
If you still want to go ahead after these warnings, I can do nothing else but wish you good luck. We need bitcoin sellers, but we don't need sellers to be scammed.
We will pay attention to the risks.
Thank you for your advice.
