How can we buy bitcoins in India without linking our pan card and aadhar card?

Just register on https://cex.io and link your credit card there. just use your driving license or passport for KYC. Then you can buy some of the available coins like BTC, Eth, XRP, XLM etc.

Why you trying to shun from the legit mode, buying the BTC and other altcoins with proper KYC is always good. I have bought it, and also presented the figure on my ITR this year. no worries.

Only way is LBC if you looking to trade without documents . Now if you find seller who do not ask document then you can trade in Localbitcoins but risk always there as you have to do face to face meet and many things can happen .

All the crypto exchanges in India will require KYC  so it will not be possible to buy btc without that.
Only way possible is to buy it through localbitcoins.com. But that also has its own risk. U have to visit and buy it face to face.
Please man do not evade taxes and refrain from illegal activities of turning black to white. Just buy it from exchanges via kyc and sell on them. Too much greed is bad for you.

If you buy through online exchanges, you will have to do it.

If you go through localbitcoins.com, you may find some seller willing to have a cash exchange without identity documents. I think this is soon going to be illegal because this will involve a financial trade and will go against RBIs KYC requirement.

Its a risk but I know people have done that earlier. Things are a lot more open right now and it is best to stick to some legit exchange asking for your KYC and buying from them.

If I may ask, why exactly are you trying to do this? Is it to evade tax or spend some ill-gotten cash you don't want to account for.
My advice, Do it the right way!

If you are genuinely concerned about privacy then earn it rather than buying it with fiat.
