If someone is insane enough to sell to you for Paypal then they will charge you a massively large premium to make up for the inevitable scam attempts.

Literally anything other than Paypal will be a better option. Send it to your bank and buy normally. If you don't have a bank find someone who does and pay them to use it. It'll still work out cheaper.

Bitcoin and Paypal don't go well, you are at risk if you think you can use Paypal on Bitcoin, take the safest route take this advice or if you don't want that option trade with someone you already know for a long time or a relative, better be safe than sorry, don't make it a habit to use Paypal to buy Bitcoin

Bestchange.com will come in handy in this case. You will not only be able to find exchanges where you can purchase BTC using Paypal but you will also be to compare the different exchanges for the best rates, best reviews, reserve cash, age of the exchange etc.

Maybe for selling BTC to PayPal, but for the other way around, you only have magnatus which not only has ridicilous fees (13.8% or 5 USD for amounts less than 36.23 USD) but also seem to have  scammed people in the past (before rebranding): https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.bitviv.com

The best solution here would be to go with bL4nkcode's suggestion.

Look at these two links below.
- https://localbitcoins.com/buy-bitcoins-online/paypal/

And I think you must be KYC verified before you able to buy bitcoins with Paypal.
Aside from these you can try localcryptos, while there's no need for KYC procedure. Just read and folllw the seller's terms and choose the lower rates. Don't forget to use their escrow feature as well.

Hi everyone
Can you please answer my question
Are there any real website for buying BTC with PayPal?
You can buy bitcoins using Paypal on localbitcoins but you need to pay huge fees compared to the market rate, even if you got verified account so its better to buy using banking transaction so you can reduce the cost of your purchase.

Inevitable scam attempt you say? This dude was just previously looking for a loan with a significant amount, wait for it, without collateral. And now he's looking to buy BTC with PayPal.  Huh
Its exactly the reason why Paypal should never be used to pay for Bitcoin unless the person is extremely trustworthy, and I don't mean someone who's done a few deals here, and there, but someone who is pretty much a stand out figure within the community. I'd probably only trust a select few with handling paypal transaction for Bitcoin on this forum.

Luckily most exchanges now require KYC, and scammers looking to pay via Paypal will likely avoid those places due to the identity link.
