I don't really think a reputable users, who knows about security would want to associate their card details to a newly launched website without rating or good feedback from trusted users over the forum. Otherwise it's better to trade on P2P instead of endangering your card details to unknown site. Some sites are to steal your card details to wipe your local currency (fiat) after the deal have been initiated.

Why some People are Mean to Buy BTC? Last weeked when I wanted to sell my BTC unit of 0.0022 and I met a local vendor in the city state. and he told me that he would buy it in the rate of #14,000 =$47, when I discovered that the price was too low for me to sell, i contacted a friend to tell me what to do and he directed me to used online and I sold it #29975 = $72.17, which is a very big gap from the vendor. Then I discover that vendor on offline are not truestwrthy as well as the online vendors.

Anyone can do this on legitimate exchanges for better price so why would we do it with a random scammer instead

If you really want to buy BTC for your wallet its really hard in EU if you just want to make money with it use a CFD broker

People who understand the service I provide won't complain.
1. 20% is quite a big fee, especially for a new service you propose.
2. One may just lose the fiat amount he sends or even completely the full card details (it can very well be a trap/scam)
3. Services "sent privately" look highly suspicious from start.
All in all, I advise people who want to try this service only use small temporary Virtual credit card at best. Better safe than sorry.
