And how do you intend to guarantee that you will not dispute or challenge the payment after receiving the coins? Charging back PayPal payments is easily done. PayPal entertains dispute requests up to 180 days. Credit card issuers allow charge backs up to 90 days. Scammers exploit them in a variety of ways:
- By doing the payment while connected to a VPN and later disputing the payment, claiming the account was hacked while you were somewhere else.
- By invoking the fraud defense, claiming the recipient is neither a friend nor a family member and that the transaction was done by someone who hacked into the account.
- By paying with a linked phished or stolen credit card or a hacked bank account.
EUR 10k worth of BTC and EUR 7k worth of ETH are seriously immense amounts of money. I doubt PayPal will process this transaction smoothly. First things first, they will limit the receiver's account and ask a ton of documents about this transaction. We are talking about EUR 17000 (USD 21300) and not $50!
Any escrow or middleman cannot protect the receiver. As soon as coins are released, you immediately have a window of opportunity to dispute the transaction which defeats the purpose and role of escrow.
I am more, than welcome to accept dealing with some security precautions. Such as:
- Dealing in small transactions
- Waiting after first payment, as long as you prefer(to continue on trading again)
- My Paypal Account is verified and has a long transaction history. Receivers Account will not be limited, if it is fully Verified(of course, up to some amounts!)
Any other security precautions can be negotiated in Private Messages (Just leave me your Whatsapp, in order to contact fast & efficiently!)
