is this a local exchange type of stuff where holder has bitcoin/ethereum and want to trade in local areas.if it is like this then kindly improve website because it look suspicious.try to gain trust or kindly tell your address in Delhi,i might give a visit to see its authentication.

Did not found any information about the people involved in running the site. Also the site does not look to be professionally being done.
I think anybody buying in ETHX india will still continue to buy from there itself because from site you can buy at 18200 +182(fees) . While on Ethlabs the price is too high at 19950 which is too high as a price difference.
