Commission purposes? Referral bonus?
Even let's say those active referrals will be active for a year, I doubt the buyer will reached ROI providing the fact that no one will sell freebitco.in account with active referrals in a cheap price.
I don't understand your post. Are you selling Freebitco.in account or you want to buy it? Anyway, I don't see any point to buy/sell Freebitco.in account. Even if it have some active referrals on there are no guarantees that they will stay active for long and you will get ROI. There is also risk to buy flagged account which was involved in multi-account faucet abuse.
I'm assuming he wanted to buy Freebitco.in accounts. But just the same, I'm really lost with those guys trying to buy accounts with the intention to abuse and cheat the system. And once they've got caught I'm sure they going to deny it, LOL, what a loser.
